In 2017, my journey in the world of barbering began with a burning desire to learn and grow in this art. I immersed myself in training, learning from over 7 teachers, each sharing their knowledge and secrets, helping me perfect my technique and my unique style.
For years, I worked in various barbershops, honing my skills and gaining experience until I reached the position of manager. It was a path full of challenges and satisfactions, where each haircut was an opportunity to make my clients shine and leave my mark on their lives.
Then, the pandemic hit, closing doors and challenging my passion for barbering. However, adapting to the circumstances, I began offering my services at home, bringing the essence of the barbershop to my clients' doors at a time when they needed it most.
It was during this uncertain time that the opportunity arose to open my own barbershop. For 3 years, I watched my business grow, training more than 20 people and creating a space where quality and customer service were our top priorities.
But life always presents us with new paths and challenges. Recently, I decided to leave my barbershop behind to pursue my dream of coming to New Zealand.
